• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all seals intact.
• Opened or used products will not be accepted for return.

Initiating a Return:

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Process:

• Please securely package the item and include the return authorization number (RAN) provided by our customer service team.
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method at your expense.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges.
• Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Exclusions:

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return eligibility criteria, including opened or used products.
